I'm Here For You

Gentle, Grounded Care for the Fourth Trimester

The weeks after birth are profound. They’re about meeting your baby, healing your body, adjusting your rhythms—and being supported through it all. Whether you're at home, in a hospital suite, or navigating the early days with little rest, I’ll be there: offering emotional presence, newborn care help, feeding support, and gentle guidance so you feel seen and cared for in this pivotal time.

How It Works

What Happens During Our Postpartum Sessions

Here’s how our time together typically looks:

In our first visit, we’ll check in on how you’re healing physically and emotionally—your body’s needs, your sleep, your appetite, your support network.

I’ll help you with newborn transitions: soothing, feeding (breast or bottle), establishing routines, safe sleep practices, and helping partners and siblings adjust.

I’ll listen to your story and where you’re at, helping you process your birth experience, any feelings you’re holding, and helping you craft your next steps for self-care.

We’ll weave in light household help (if part of your package): meals, errands, sibling transitions, so you’re freer to rest and bond.

As your weeks progress, I’ll taper visits as you’re able, and ensure you know your resources—whether lactation, mental health, parent-groups—or when to ask for further help.
